School group offers
We here at IH Berlin PROLOG are always happy to have international groups in our school. Below you will find our programme components, which can be customized to suit the needs and budget of your group.

German lessons
A weekly schedule is comprised of either 20 or 25 lesson hours (1 lesson = 45 mins.). Following this schedule, lessons take place every morning from Monday to Friday. Depending on the students' previous knowledge, they can be integrated into currently running courses. It is also possible to book 16 lesson hours from Monday to Thursday or to have lessons in a closed group in the afternoon.
Accommodation
Our guest rooms are in private flats with hosts from Berlin. All the rooms are fully equipped. The bathroom and kitchen are communal.
You can book either a single or double room. If you prefer accommodation for larger groups, we can easily recommend a hostel. Student groups who wish to stay in hostels are put up in rooms with multiple beds (4-8 people). All accommodation can also be booked with breakfast, half-board or full board. Please note that hostels have to be booked and reserved in advance.
Arrival and departure transfers can also be booked along with your accommodation. You will be picked up and brought to either the airport or train station. All accommodation is a convenient distance from the school, so you will be able to reach the school comfortably by foot or with public transportation.

The cultural programme
International House Berlin PROLOG offers various cultural programmes for all students every week. Groups are welcome to participate in any of them. We can also arrange a customized tour for your group. Just tell us the number of weeks and your desired topics (e.g. German Division, World War II, etc.)
Some examples for excursions or city walks in Berlin are:

The Reichstag, the Government Quarter, the Botanical Garden, the Museum Island, Checkpoint Charlie, the GDR Museum, the Synagogue, Sachsenhausen, the STASI prison, the Hamburger Train Station and, of course, the many other museums in Berlin. Day trips are available to Potsdam, Dresden, Wittenberg, Stralsund or Leipzig.
