The quality management system introduced at ESL PROLOG Berlin has been certified in accordance with the internationally valid standard ISO 9001:2000 in 2007.
Additionally, we have been certified as an educational institution in accordance with the German education quality management standard AZWV. As a centre of excellence, we are able to offer people with learning vouchers language courses designed to fulfil requirements specified by the AZWV. What does that mean for you, the customer?

Our teaching staff, selected according to verifiable criteria, regularly participates in internal and external training sessions. We continually assess the number of training sessions and their effectiveness and evaluate them during performance reviews. Our instructors participate in comprehensive observation sessions to constantly ensure the highest quality teaching standards possible.
