Activities & excursions
You will quickly get to know lots of new people while you are at PROLOG. You'll have plenty to talk about, not only in the classroom, but also on any of our excursions or activities. Here's an overview of a typical week at PROLOG:

Monday is movie day
Every Monday at 19:00 you can see the newest and best that German cinema has to offer. Films like “Run Lola Run“, “Nowhere in Africa“, “Head-On“, or “The Downfall“. It's just like going to the movies, only free!
Tuesday means “Stammtisch“
On Tuesday evenings we meet at Alpadia Berlin and go to a bar in Schöneberg. During the summer months we head to one of Berlin's many beer gardens. So, along with sampling the many varieties of delicious German beer, you can also spend some time getting to know your fellow students. Be prepared to make a long night of it!
Be cultured on Wednesdays
After filling up on lunch, we fill up on culture! Spend a couple of hours visiting a museum or an exhibition, exploring the ancient and modern architecture of Berlin, or finding out about Berlin's rich history. One of our staff will always be with you to answer any questions you might have.
Friday is a free day
The weekend starts early for you here at PROLOG. After school you can already start to feel the weekend mood. We have table-tennis and table-football here at the school to get things started, or you can head out for a spot of shopping. If you're in search of ideas for the weekend, why not check out •“Zitty“ or •“Tip“, the two biggest programme guides in Berlin. Or, surf a bit more around our web site; we're sure you'll find a few good tips around here.
Saturday excursions
We start the weekend with a long excursion and a lot of variety. How would you like to explore an underground bunker to the north of the city? Or head over to Potsdam to experience the grandeur of Schloss Sanssouci? Or a take a day trip to Rostock, Wittenberg, or Dresden? Or visit the site of the concentration camp at Sachsenhausen. Or, if the weather is good, as it usually is throughout the summer, how about a bike trip to the beaches along the shores of Wannsee? Why not let us surprise you? We guarantee you'll have a great time.
Sunday is a free day
Even for the Alpadia Berlin team. Take a break after an active week or a long night. See you on Monday.
