How big are the groups?

Maximum six participants. We therefore recommend early booking.

How long is a teaching hour at PROLOG?

An hour is a teaching hour: 45 minutes. We normally take a 15 minute break after two teaching hours.

How well qualified are the teachers?

Our teachers are all university graduates with years of experience in adult education. For example, you will learn Chinese with trained Chinese teachers and English with experienced, academically trained teachers from Great Britain, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Eire or the USA.

If I've already spent time learning the language: How do I find the right course for me?

Talk to us about taking a placement test. To be on the safe side, you can also take a non-binding test hour for a class at your level.

Will I get a certificate?

At the end of your course, you will receive a detailed certificate outlining the type of course you took, the level you have reached and details of your personal learning success. This certificate is widely accepted as proof of your foreign language abilities.

Is it possible to take vacations during my course?

Of course! For every 12 months we allow four weeks of vacations, over six months this is two weeks and for a three month booking, one week. The week(s) you miss are simply added to the end of your course.

And if I'm ill?

Any tuition you miss as a result of certified illness will be added to the end of your course. You should let us know as soon as possible if you can't attend your classes.

What discounts do you offer?

If you pay your course fees in full before the start of your course, we offer a 2% discount on the total fee. Students, school pupils, the unemployed and pensioners will all receive a 10% discount upon proof of their status.
